Personality: Chase is an active kid who keeps her mouth shut most of the time.
Powers: Anything she says/thinks after the words 'I wish' comes true.
History: Chase was ignored by her famil, and was aloud to run wild with street kids. She made lots of friends this way. When she got her powers, her town was sent into choas. Her street friends helped her escape, to the School of the Gifted.
I hope her powers aren't too extreme.
