White :: Her energy stage. When Rhoulette uses her energy powers, her eyes turn a whitish color.
Hair Color:
Dark chocolate brown, very long and uneven to the middle of her back, straight as can be, not even a small wave to it. She has silver streaks in her hair, this is from her mutation.
Outfits:
Black is her signature color, she will wear black leather pants with bulky black boots, a black tank top and MANY silver chains around her neck. She also wears silver dangle earrings and silver bracelets. At times she will wear short skirts with her black boots.
Combat suit
Black leather, all in one suit. The suit's top and bottom are not seperate, but are together in one. The suit is tight fitting to her body and isn't loose. The bottom half stays inside her boots, which are custom made. These boots are hard and black, that run up the length of her leg and over her kneecaps, then buckle around the bottom of her thigh. Her heels are about 3" high. The top crosses over into a halter top, which has two straps that go around the back of her neck, then wrap around her neck, somewhat like a collar. The back is open, down to her hips and has two peices the cross in the back. She has a leather zip up coat that fits over this and two types of gloves. The first type is a long glove that runs nearly up to her shoulder, is thin but black leather. The other glove stops right before her elbow. This is leather as well, but is a very hard, heavy glove. Past the wrist part of her glove is somewhat of an armor that clips on, then runs to leather to her elbow.
Tattoos, Piercings, etc.
ID Tattoo "X001" on right ankle, tattoos on both shoulder blades of japanese symbols naming 'pride' and 'honor', another tattoo on the small of her back with a black tiger slinking down towards her legs, sinking it's claws into her back.

Description:
She is a very well built girl with very strong muscle from working and training everyday. Her hair is very long and straight, she has long legs that are infused with steel plates to protect them better. She has blue eyes which change with her powers and a very cold look to them. She isn't super strong and has no enhanced strength whatsoever, but she is fairly above average and isn't weak when lifting things. She is more punkish and goth if anything, but can dress up and look like someone important if she really wanted.
Personality:
She is usually very quiet but very very sharp in her mind and doesn't miss much. She's not exactly a loner and can be around a lot of people, but she will keep to herself and usually prefers to be either with a small group of people or with one person. She has a very strong opinion and she doesn't take to kindly to humans. She will, however, defend a mutant unless otherwise. She does however, have a most horrid temper and is sadly unable to control it. This is not from abuse or any DNA manipulation, but her own natural nature. She acts like a depressed girl and at times she is, but even if she sits by herself and says nothing she may look it, but sometimes isn't depressed at all, it is just her nature.
Family:
She has only one person as her father, the man himself, who was indeed a mutant who created her. He was however, slaughtered in an attempt to find her.
Pets:
Black Doberman named Cole, slightly larger than a normal Doberman with a steel plate in his leg.
Black cat with a scar across his face named Tank
The two animals, despite being a cat and a dog behanve very well together and are very protective of each other. Cole 'raised' Tank since Tank was a kitten after Rhoulette and Cole found him on the streets. Tank usually won't stray from the mansion, although he is known to sometimes take off and be seen throughout Bayville. Cole however, will follow Rhoulette EVERYWHERE even into public places.

X001 was the project that went right, although she was just about created by accident, and then with her permission, was implanted with several forms of adamantium. Her skeleton, is laced in adamantium. She also has these features with her skeleton. She is able to retract 3 claws from her hands, but in addition, is able to retract one more from her spine which is 3 feet in length along with 2 under her elbows and 2 behind her legs. She is able to retract these at once... but cannot move around well when they are all exposed. (Try taping a few swords to your limbs and see how you like it) Her adamantium is a new lightweight material and is barely visable on xray. She is slightly feral, but was not really born into it. She has a 10% more volume of hearing than a normal person and can smell things 20% better than usual. Because she did pull through the surgeries, she has a healing factor which as she learned was not uncommon in the evolution of humans. She is agile, but only because she is small and doesn't weigh much.
Control of the Elements
X001 has mastered the form of energy manipulation. With or without being experimented on with adamantium, this is her NATURAL mutation that she was born with. With this manipulation she is able to take any energy from anything such as wind, to another human being and transform this within her body to any element such as fire, pure energy, dark energy, ice, water, wind, etc. She is also able to coat the area with darkness and cloak herself.

Healing factor
Serious wounds to her stomach and chest area could kill her easily if she is not allowed to heal properly.
She can be shot in the head and live, but this would knock her out.
Advanced Hearing and Smell
Although she has advanced hearing and senses, her ears are VERY sensitive and loud noises will send her flying onto the ground yowling in pain.
Adamantium skeleton/Claws
Strong water gusts make it hard for her adamantium, she is heavy and cannot swim well without adjusting first.
Magentic pulses make it hard on adamantium skeleton and claws, any mutant with magnetisim could easily kill her.
Anger Reflection
Rhoulette has always been a mutant who has had phycological problems and has hurt herself, if she is pushed over the edge too much, it could either kill her, or cause her body to react in a means of breaking down. She becomes depressed easily and is at times thought by the others to be very suicidal. Rhoulette also does have nightmares of her past, because of what happened after she was created. These nightmares will intimidate her and if her memories are resurfaced during a fight, she will be scared from it.
Control of the Elements
Rhoulette must constantly eat to keep her energy up. Her body burns energy as soon as it enters the body, this is also doubled because she trains so hard. If she has no energy around her, her attack will either be nothing, or sharply decreased. In order for her to create an element, the energy must pass through her body without interuption. If she is interupted, this cannot happen. She also must release her energy once a day, if she does not, she can cause serious damage to her internal organs.

History:
X001 was the girl of every mutant scientist's dreams... she was tested from an egg, but only to see how humans got their mutant gifts and if they could be reversed. As she grew, through woumb and through life, they monitored everything in her. They trained her, pushed her... until one day she snapped and her powers manifested. She was never really treated wrongly, infact she was given quite a good life... except for a few scientists that envied her with jealousy.
After her powers manifested, she was tested more and one day had heard about the Weapon X process. She had heard how every single one of those mutants failed horribly and went insane or never stuck around to serve their creator. WIth a smirk on her face, she stepped up to the plate, determined to prove everyone wrong. With a puzzled mind, the scientists finally agreed.
She was put through the process when she was 16, as her bones became a bit harder. She was bonded with adamantium, her skin healed beautifully and she was implanted with a bit more than just claws. Her body, able to handle the procedure quite well was implanted with scythes in her body and claws from her wrists. She was put into a healing tank and emerged, 3 days later.
As she became older, the sinister side of her started to show. She was able to retract her scythes and claws and was very agile and quick. She did however, become unruly, and angerier as teenagers did. Her hormones raged and it was all anyone could do to keep her calm at all times. She was free to walk wherever she pleased, to go where she wanted... but as soon as the Russian Government found out about the mutant facility, they had marched in, killing several doctors, scientists and experiemental mutants.
X001 escaped to America, hearing about Several mutants in New York that were active. She now resides in Bayville.
