"Come On.......YES!"
The Doctor was officially in the ATM Network. This was bad.
"Hello, everyone's MONEY! HAHAHAHA!" he laughed maniacally into the night as he raiding accounts for money. "This is to easy! HAHAHAHAHAH!!!"
He was gaining thousands as each minute went by. His insane laughs drawed the attention of several meaty thugs.
"Hand over, your card, your number and the money you are about to withdraw." he thingyed his gun.
The Doctor stopped playing and got serious. As he turned the air surrounding him became static.
"Hey, George to you fell....fuzzy?" a thug look at his mate. The Doctor chuckled as an electric surge when through the air, bringing each one of them to the floor.
"I'll have this."the doctor picked the gun and put it in his pocket. He started to laugh and connect back up to the ATM network.
"hhmm....hhhMMhhhm....hahaHaHAAAHAHAHAAAA!"
His evil laugh echoed around the street.

The Doctor walked thorugh the streets looking at his credit card. A smirk grew out of his smile.
"There is about nine thousand pounds, on this!" he glared at his card and laughed.
He wondered if any one was going to stop. Also he wondered if the bank knew there money was gone.

A young girl around the age of 5 stepped out into the light in front of the doctor. Her name was Chase. A strand of pink hair blew in front of her red eyes, she brushed it away. "Excuse me," She said, her voice polite. "I think that the money on your credit card belongs to the bank. Would you please put it back?" She smiled slightly.

"Where did you come from? Hmm.." The doctor looked at the girl menacingly."You shouldn't be out at this time in the night, Should you?"
The doctor looked up and laughed, sarcastically, as he pushed the young girl aside and walked down the road.
"You don't understand" patronising the young girl, Jack continued. "It's a grown up problem, and besides you can't stop me!"
The small child got up and caught up to him. He stopped. "I didn't want to do this..."

The girl looked up and down the alley. Seeing that there was no one around, she glared up at the man. Backing up, she told him, "I wish I didn't have to do this, but I see that your going to be difficult. I never thought I'd ever see a mutant who used their powers for stealing, but now I have." She raised her hands. A blue fire surrounded her palms, making them glow. The girl flicked her hands at the doctor, and the blue flame flew at him, surrounding him in a curtain of fire.
Calmly, the girl said, "Give the money back, now."

Jack lookedaround the fire and said in a slightly robotic manner:
"Hmmm, the temperature is 1030C," he looked at the girl and shook his head.
"you do know that i cannot be harmed by fire." as he walked through the burning flames."I am just mere hologram. If that is your only attack you better just stop."
The girl stood there, defiant.
"Even if you do defeat me, I shall come back." he laughed at her. "IM UNSTOPPABLE!!"
In desperation, the Doctor threw a garbage can at the girl and ran back down into the alleys. The young mutant, pushed the can to the side and ran after the madman.
"Lets see if super kid can stop this!" Jack hacked into a system and awaited the arrival of the girl.
Chase walked into the dark open alley, prepared but also anxious of what lied ahead

Chase ran after him, her small feet pounding on the worn street. Her breath came in misty steams in front of her. The doctor was up ahead, against some machine. "You leave me with no choice," She said slowly, eyes focused on the man. She began to glow, softly at first, then brighter. It lit up the whole alley. The feeling of power grew in the air, reaching an unbearable point.

The Doctor grinned as he vanished into the machine. The mutant threw a fireball at the machine damaging the majority of the wiring of the machine.
"AHHH! YOU Little ....." Jack began to laugh."HAHAHA. Lets see you beat this."
The surrounding lights grew hot and bright. The girl blasted a few fireballs at the lights smashing them open, destroying the light that came from it.
"Stop playing, come and fight me." the powerful, young girl said.
Then suddenly, arcs of electricity sparked all across the alley from when the bulbs used to be. One hit the girl in the chest knocking her into a dumpster.
"I may not have any physical power, but I can still HURT YOU!" another series of elecrtical sparks flew from the lights.
Ths young mutant dodged three of the sparks before one hit her in the leg. She keeled over. She noticed the circuit board for the streets light system. A fireball grew in her hand as Jack laughed.
"How can you hit it, if you can't see it?" a slithery voice rasped at the girl.
The whole street began to darken. He was shutting down the street system. Nothing could be seen as the whole street was covered in darkness. Down the alley footsteps could be heard. Dr. Jack Moroso had re-materialised, he ran towards the girl and gave her a couple of sly punches to the stomach. She didn't stand a chance the light difference was too great for her eyes to adjust. She fell to the floor, dazed, as the Doctor whispered something in her ear.
"I am not Human. I am not a Mutant. I am not real..."
Jack ran into the darkness and disappeared.

((Wish doesn't control fire at all. Actually I was going to do something totally different.))
Wish reached out for where the man had been. Twitching her fingers slightly, she called on her true power, Wishmaking. The only reason she had been using Firepower was because she had wished herself like her best friend, Burn. Time to change tactics.
Just before the man vanished, the credit card he held glowed. The amount of money was on the card vanished. It was invalid, the money that could have been taken out of the mans reach.
Wish winced, holding one arm. It cost her more than normal mutants to use her powers, as she could do almost anything. Her vision blured, and she passed out.

He looked at the card as it went floppy and bent. His face, cringed with anger. The card dropped from his hand onto the floor, still glowing from the wish the mutant girl did. She was trying to stand but, couldn't as she collasped onto the tarmac.
"Punk kid." He stopped running and started to walk down the dark road, unafraid of the child.

There was a small rustle, and a girl poked her head from around the corner. Her scarlet eyes lit on Wish. "There you are, Chase!" She ran to the fainted girl, a boy right behind her. They helped Wish sit up, as the girl stirred. Her eyes opened. "Burn!" She exclaimed. "Typhoon! How did you find me?"
Typhoon, the boy, grinned. "Teleport told us where you were, silly," he said teasingly. Wish smiled and stood.
