Megan put her hand up realized she forgot to introduce herself. "Sorry, I'm Fahrenheit." She put out her hand and smiled warmingly.

"Just came." Megan smiled at Wish. She was the first one to greet her in the entrance way. Megan said, "So how long have you been here?" to keep a conversation going. She took a bite of water melon while waiting for a response.

Griffin walked in and grinned at all the people there. Unlike almost everyone else that she knew, she loved crowds. She walked over to the fridge and, letting her green-streaked hair sweep over her shoulders, bent down to see what was on the bottom shelf. Slowly she drew out a chocolate chip muffin and a can of orange soda. She sat down cross-legged on the counter and finally addressed the others," For those who know me hi, and for those who don't hi anyway!" She giggled slightly as she took a sip of her fizzy drink.

Megan smiled at Griffin as she head over to the bowl of watermelons. "This seems like prime time to get a snack." She said half jokingly and half as a point of fact. She walked back to her spot taking a bite of the watermelon. The second was just as good as the first!

Griffin smiled as Meagan walked past, she was a good friend! She looked over at David."David, right? How come I haven't seen you around? I'm Griffin, by the way." Griffin looked at him questioningly, then smiled as she tossed her hair over her shoulder.

Just then, a medium-sized slender man with long black shaggy hair walked into the kitchen. Someone turned to him.
"Who are you" she said.
"I'm sorry, I forgot to introduce myself." he replied "My name is Chamber. My mutant ability allows me to trap other mutants souls into my chamber-crystal.
Chamber pulled out a smooth crystal sphere from out of his pocket.
"And" he continued "I can inject previously trapped souls into those leftover bodies."
"I have a job." he said.
"Whats that?" another student questioned.
Chamber held up his crysat. It emitted a powerful red light.
"This." he said.
Just then, every mutant in the room fell silently to the floor other then the soft thump of hitting the floor. "My job is done" he said.

Chamber turned around and left the room. He was never heard of again for quite some time......neither were the poor mutants who were in the room that day. A couple of years later the mutants returned. However, they didn't quite "seem like theyreselves".  |
