Appearance: Billy has dark brown hair that is spiked with green gel. He has dark green eyes and is usually seen wearing a his green khaki pants, a chain on his side (for his wallet) and his "Keep the World Green" T-Shirt with a large picture of the Earth on the back.
Power: Billy can manipulate and create anything containing chlorophil, which is usually plants.
History: After learning of his powers in a local gardening club, Billy took a hold of his powers. He took them for granted one day, and his parents were surprised to see their house covered with large, thick vines and bushes as high as the house. Trees with apples as big as basketballs covered their backyard and even today, they still eye the great gnome sitting atop their house. Billy's parents, amazingly, accepted him and enrolled him into Xavier's School. He is thrilled at the idea and is looking forward for his powers to grow even more!
