Background: When her parents died they had it in their will that she go to X’s school for the gifted. Her parents died from “unknown causes” making Pheobe very suspicious. Since she was a a baby she had experienced such powers. Over the years they have developed more. Her first vision of the future was when she was three. X-ray vision came not to far from that. She has always been a bright child, but since her parents died she doesn’t know who to trust.
