Mutant powers: Tourniquet is able to stop peoples limbs from working, he inactivates any limb except for the head, he is also able to make forcefeilds that only cover the front half of his body, it is open at the back...

History: James has been going to the best schools since he was a small child, his IQ is very high, but not uber-genious, when james was about 11 he was in a car crash which left a scar on his upper left leg. James found out about his power when he was in a fight at school at the age of 14, he was accused of being gay, but he just learnt to shrug that off, but the other person didnt want him to so he punched him, while James was lying on the ground his rage built up inside him and the other person just fell, complaining that their leg went numb, He has since learnt to controll his power
Personality: James is shy at first, but once he fits in his is a fun guy who enjoys listening to rock music, he is a practical joker and never misses an oportunity for a joke (even if its a REALLY bad time). He is a techie (meaning he is good with computers) and can fix most problems with anything electrical
