"But I... I'm not presentable!" the teen's voice shook out of worry as she looked down at the PJ's she had dressed herself in after her shower that afternoon. If this newcomer hurt Xavier in any way I will mangle her! He's the only person I've got left! Her blue streaked hair flying out behind her, she grasped Jex's hand in her own.
"You wanna get there faster?" She smiled solemnly up at him, about to use her power to speed their trip down teh corridor. Her oval eyes flashed a silver metalic color, this time staying that way, as she thought of the immediate danger that Xavier could be in.

"Lets go!" Jex said, basically saying feel free to use your power! His eyes glowed an eerie mint green, as he tried to see if the professor was alright. Like a broken television set, he could only catch glimpses of what was happening.

Concentrating on the urgency of the matter, Cami squeezed Jex's hand tighter and focused all her strength on slowing the molecules around them, speeding their journey down the hallway and stairs. Finally, they came to Xavier's office. Flash, exhausted from the effort, collapsed against on of the mansion's walls breathing hard. Her hair fell in clumps about her now pink face, getting in her eyes again as she hung her head, trying to steady her breath.

Jex hit the wall beside her, he didn't think it was possible for anyone to travel so fast. He could here voices from inside the office. One which he recognised to be Xavier and the other which he presumeb belonged to the little girl.

Still breathing hard, Cami seemed to be too fatagued to really fight at the moment, but none the less, she got up and used Jex's arm to support part of her weight while she regained her composure. "Well, that was fun..." she shuddered, her voice raspy form the long run.
Shivers ran down her spine as she listened to the dead quiet. "What are you doing?" she looked at Jex curiously, trying to figure out his expression. "Do you hear something? I swear I must be deaf because I hear absolutly nothing!" Slightly upset, she tried her hardest to hear what Jex had claimed to hear, however, no noise or voices reached her ears.

Jex looked at her, stunned. He then lifted his hand to knock on the door, but then decided to just go ahead and open it. In the room, the little girl sat on her chair, her eyes starring straight ahead into empty space. Xavier on the other hand lay on the ground, fallen from his wheelchair. Jex cautiously entered followed by Cami. He walked over to the little girl, who didn't seem to be paying any attention. "What the..." Xavier rolled onto his side, he had apperantly come to. Jex could feel that the Professor's mind was in pain, what had that little brat done? He lowered a hand, resting it just above her forehead. He shut his eyes once again, trying to get into her thoughts and find out what had happend. He saw nothing, her mind was an empty void. There was nothing left. Suddenly like he had recieved an electric shock, Jex leapt back. It was like she had an alarm system in her head, keeping him from doing any snooping which was probably why he only saw the emptiness. "I'm officially freaked out now..." he said, rubbing his forehead with the palm of his hand. "How's the Professor?"

Cami dashed over to the suit heap of Xavier that lay next to his wheelchair on the other side of the room. Bending, the youth checked for a pulse and the older man's conciousness level. "He's... well... out of it!" she exclaimed worriedly, "But I don't see the little girl you are talking about. All I see is this heap on the floor..." SHe pointed to Xavier...then, "No wait... there's a shadow!" She pointed to the ground under where the "little girl" stood.
"Jex what's going on? JEX!" she saw his face screw up in what looked like a mixture of pain and anger. "Are you okay? What happened?"

Jex turned to Cami, then back to the little girl, but strangely enough, she'd disappeared. "What...?" he said, stunned. OOC: sorry for the short post, but i don't know what else to put

(OOC~ let's just make it a "telepaths only can she her" thing. Sorry, Jex if I controlled your char a little too much, but I think this thing needs to be spiced up a bit.)
The shadow moved across the floor headed for the door. "She's leaving. You can see her! Don't just let her go!" Cami looked on in shock as the invisible being made it's way to leave and Jex followed it in quick persuit.
Quite confused, the young mutant bent to the professor and lifted his body up and back into his wheelchair. "Come on, Xavier. That's it..." she breathed quietly to the elderly man. "That evil girl. Jex is going to get her..."
At that moment, the professor's eyes snapped open and he shouted to her, "No!"
"No?" Cami's electric blue eyes widened in shock and she jumped slightly as the older man scared her.
"Stop him!" the telepath said before he seemed to pass out with weariness.
Jumping up off her knees and to her feet, Cami nimbly chased after Jex, the only mutant she could see racing in the hall. "Jex! No! Leave her alone!"
But it was too late...
(OOC2~ Have fun going on with that one!)

The little girl had turned to face him, her calm expression melting away to reveal and evil grin, one you wouldn't normally see upon such an innocent ; young face.
He stepped back, his eyes burning painfully in their sockets. His thoughts raced. He shut his eyes, though that made little difference, she was still there. She was breaking into his mind. "Agh! Get out!" he yelled at the powerful telepath that stood so silently before him.
It was as though he was drowning in his thoughts and memories. The mansion's sturdy walls began to shake, Jex was being forced to concentrate on what seemed to be everything at once.
Jex stumbled, his eyes flashing open, their eerie mint green glow brightening. His weakened body slamming into the wall, sliding to the floor.

Dashing down the long and darkened hallway, Cami didn't have to use her super-human speed to catch up it Jex. Her silky hair swirling about her thin face, her worry alone was enough to drive her on. Leather jacket flying out behind her, the teen sank to the ground right beside Jex, laying a hand on his shoulder and shaking it.
"Jex! Are you okay?" lifting one hand to his brow, she ran her hand down his jawline, watching traces of pain flit across his features and dazzel in his crystal emerald eyes.
"'Get out?' Jex, can I help you? Relax! Please calm down!"
Her eyes shimmering silver, Cami turned unhappily towards the evil that she could not see. "Whoever you are, stop it! Stop this!" A man's shriek filled the hall as Jex's mind pounded again and Cami shouted angrily, "Trust me, you don't want to be on my bad side!

Alejandra had been restrainingherself for too long. she had to move and she had to move now. Unfortunately even though she was almost an X-Man by now her timing was as bad as ever. Something pounded her head smashing all her thoughts and a scream errupted from her thraot conjoining that of a man. This man he had done something; she could sence it from the person attacking her. Thwump! The whirring 'thistle' found it's target and her screams wrenched the hall way alone now. Oh zut! It hurts!she thought as she fell to her knees. Please don't kill me!she thought right before blacking out.

Sensing something as she stood in the doorway, Amaayla looked around and started. A scream penetrated the air, followed by another and then another. It was as if the Mansion was shaking with the screams as they penetrated her mind. Darting her head around, she dropped her bag and raced down the corridor towards the direction the screams were coming from. Stopping at the area, she stared with wide eyes at the bodies on the ground. There was a girl and a man, lying on the hallway floor and one girl kneeling next to the man. Both were unconscious and she could feel radiating pain course through her body. It was a killing field…
Darting forwards, she crouched down besides the girl and checked for a pulse. Thankfully, her gloves were on so she would not harm her more but she wondered. Pushing hair back, she stared at her confused and saw a dart hanging from her skin. A mutant, just like her. As she stroked the girl’s face, she began to feel her powers rising within her. “Not now,” she screamed in her mind. “Not now of all times…”
Slumping over on the floor, her eyes rolled back in her head as her body convulsed and light began to glow. The lights shorted out and then flickered slowly back on as her body shook and light began to glow from her and then burst out in an aura of electrical power. Her body blazed and then, suddenly, it stopped and she lay there lifeless and still…
