By the Pool

[Fahrenheit]

Fahrenheit heard Griffin's thoughts as well, being a telepath, but she didn't show that she heard them. She was still trying to harness her powers, but sometimes she heard things she probably shouldn't hear. She thought to herself about what Griffin had thought. Fahrenheit hadn't meant to exclude her.

She listened again to the conversation. Wish was introducing them for the third time today. Griffin then complimented her powers verbally, but put herself down in her thoughts. Megan still didn't let on, but instead said, "I think your powers are really cool too. Can you tell me more about how your powers work?"

Megan had thought of more to say, more questions to ask, but she thought Griffin might take it the wrong way, so she kept them to herself until Griffin and her had more of a connection.

[Griffin]

Griffin shrugged modestly. " Well, as I said before, I share a mental connection with plants of all kinds. I can heal them, make them grow at an alarmingly fast rate, and thats about it for now, because I've only known about them for about 2 months. I can create small earthquakes, manipulate rocks and dirt, and if I wished to commit suicide and kill everyone else around me within 2 kms I can stop the world from spinning. Oh, yeah I have wings that come out of my shoulder blades! I can make them shrink or grow to my will or just make them dissapear. They also enable me to carry very heavy loads!"
As she spoke, Griffin gazed at the girl. She was wondering if this could really be her second real friendship since she came to this place. Her dazzingly pretty green eyes locked with Megans. If you woud just be my friend, just to see for a day even, it would be more than I could ever ask. Griffin sighed inwardly, if only's were something fairy tales were made of, and this was real life!

[Hunter]

Hunter walks to the polll and sees griffin, Wish, and farenhite, hunter walks over and says"Hi im hunter i dont think we have met yet".
