A small shadow leaned on the chainlink fence of the basketball court, her face expressionless. She sighed heavilly, watching a few of the younger students at the X-Mansion playing a game.
She couldn't remember what it was called- she remembered Toad telling her something about a game with an orange ball- but there was little else her memory offered her.
The echoed yells made her long to be among them. She had never had a childhood. And according to Magneto's predicted lifespan, 25 of her years would equal about 15 in human years. She sighed, and shifted her weight slightly. A mistake. She made a small sound, and several heads snapped around to see the pale youth standing there.
